We're finishing Volume 3, Starting Volume 4, AND highlighting Chapter 88 or the Manhua for #heavenofficialsblessing this week! Even though Volume 3 has been my favorite so far, I'm very excited for what's in store with Volume 4!
Our heavenly and ghostly crew is on a mission to help the Windmaster by seeking out the Reverend of Empty Words! And this mission has just amped up the dose of MYSTERY and Romance as *GASP* Xie Lian and Hua Cheng...exchange numbers?! Who knew a DM could be so intimate?!

Of COURSE Hua Cheng has amassed all the finest things to impress his Xie Lian! ;) And yay, BOOK FOUR IS HERE! I do feel for Ling Wen; she hasn't gotten a good rap this ENTIRE. STORY. I just love that Xie Lian is so OKAY with HC's babysitting service; although, it probably IS safe because if there's a screw up, it's HC they have to answer to. Although, I can imagine the ghosts torturing QR the entire time, because...why not? AHAHAHA -- I thought that engineering point, too! If this were a modern AU, I could so see engineer or math teacher for MY, with him always at the snack tables when he is forced to chaperone the prom. ;) The absolute CHAOS of this arc's set up is mind-boggling; MXTX is definitely set on not having any arc start remotely on a "normal" note, and I am LIVING for it! After all those incidents *ahem* food poisoning *ahem* the three God one ghost group has finally settled down to read the intelligence gathered, only to be informed by HC that Ling Wen has basically done nothing right regarding this matter……Poor woman really can't get a moment of praise from gods or ghosts. XL: oh no I have to go for a business trip and this time I cannot leave the kids with their fairy godfather SQX, what should I do? HC: Gege, you might've forgot that I have an entire ghost city at my service……and I'm always at your service. MY: *casually draws perfect lines and circles for the distance-shortening array* Me: dude's secretly a math teacher or he majors in civil engineering? The Reverend strikes again when they depart, but while SQX and MY are totally inside this horror story, XL and HC are busy exchanging phone numbers and texting each other like some sweet couple in a Romance novel until they are dragged back into the horror story by a parade of bloody people...are they human? Or ghosts? Or maybe a little bit of both? Guess we'll need to wait till next week to find out. Thanks for the reaction and Happy March!
