HOLY SMOKES, this episode is MY JAM! Character Development, a soft-heartwarming ambiance, nakama-building, ship-sailing, and showing symbolic relationships between two unlikely characters: Ryohei and Shu!
And then you ADD not only Masa being a smoldering dad joke, but also Nikaido and FUWA having SUCH interactions? This episode was a fever dream as only KyoAni can deliver. And I was slurping it up faster than a cola!

RIGHT?! I was NOT expecting the hold that this episode would have on me, either! Ooooh, I wonder if the "car accident" theory could be the case, or an "accident" in general -- that would make sense with the sister being traumatized. But YES, Ryohei and Shu's friendship is just...*chef's kiss* I'm so torn, because I still ship Shu and Minato, but I so ship Shu and Ryohei, tooooooo! Is KyoAni trying to make me ship Minato and Masa so I can have my dream RyoheixShu ship? Okay, and FUWA. THE FLIRTING. I am HERE for it! This episode just decided to set sail to ALL the ships! And Shu laughing?! What did we do to deserve this? The bow scene was literally a proposal. The symbolism, too? Oh, and the girls basically already have down what these bumbling goons are spending all season trying to accomplish. *facepalm* Of course. 2023-03-11 03:35:52 +0000 UTCThis episode got a grip on me that I wasn't expecting. I loved when the guys said they need to move as one, the girls were moving completely in sync. XD I'm wondering if Ryohei's parents and sister were in some kind of accident and they died? And the sister became traumatized and doesn't leave the house because of that? Maybe? Ryohei and Shu's friendship is everything I needed. And they might have become my favourite ship. Kyoani, how did you do that? XD And Fuwa and Nikaido. They definitely have something going on. The flirting?! How has this episode become the one that made me ship two ships? XD This episode made me fall for Shu. His laugh? That was the sweetest thing ever. Shu kneeling in front of Ryohei to give him the bow was just too much. Why did that look like a propsal? And the looks they gave eachother. What was this episode? I love the amount of paintings we got here and what they could mean. The symbolism with the light too. Just amazing. Wish you a wonderful day!!
