I was so curious how Fujimoto was going to build to some form of a climax...buuuuuuuut, in this 7th volume, WE GET IT! HOLY SMOKES!
Agni's character is pushed to his limits of "who" he is and whether he deserves to live or not -- as the characters around him are affected by his presence and are forming their own agendas and "attack plans!" This volume blew me away, and I am SO HYPED for the series finale!

Hey!! I am seriously hoping to get to Berserk this year! I'm already planning to fill this spot with Attack on Titan manga reads after next week, but I am planning to have Berserk on a retro poll once I'm finished with The Great Pretender, so hopefully it wins! :) Thanks so much for the comment and kind words! And if Berserk does win, I would definitely start with the 1997 anime and then afterwards re-start with the manga because I've heard they have different "starts," but that's all I want to know for now, because of spoilers and such. ;)

I’d prefer an anime reaction first but that seems less and less likely considering the changing demographics of this channel. If it helps the case at all; there is shipping involved in the series, kinda. Again, loving the read through so far.
