The journey with Nikaido's character reaches a new level as our boys face off against Tsujimine in a mock matchup, and Minato tries to figure out why Nikaido has resentment towards him, Shu, and possibly Kyudo itself!
KyoAni, you are bound and determined to break my heart, aren't you? I can only hope that Masa-san, Fuwa, and Minato help connect things together for Nikaido's sake as we head into Nationals -- it's finally here!

SERIOUSLY, I want Fuwa and Nikaido backstory! And yes, I seriously both get and don't get the Masa x Minato ship -- it's just -- so complicated! Ooooh, the Run with the Wind vibes! Yes! I am 100% here for that! But man, Nikaido really tore my heart up this episode, especially with the voice acting! KyoAni just destroying my heart! 2023-04-10 02:11:29 +0000 UTCI hope we will get to see how Fuwa and Nikaido met. I'm really interested in that. I totally get why people ship Masa and Minato but it's definitely not for me. Which is also kinda weird because I have ships that I ship that are even more taboo. Having the characters think about why they even shoot reminded me a lot of run with the wind and how a big theme was why do they run? Junjun's voice acting was phenominal. I was really shocked when Nikaido tried to open the elevator with his hands. He was so desperate and it really hurt to see. I'm also glad that he had Fuwa by his side when they stayed at the hospital. Poor Ootaguro, but maybe after they finished highschool? Wish you a wonderful day!

This episode was so good -- and it doesn't hurt that we had Masa being soaked in a bath house! Also, I never imagined I would have gotten so attached to Otaguro, but here we are, indeed! His crush on Seo is so cute! Bless him! Hahaha, I'm so excited for the rest! Thank you for the comment and kind words!

This episode is interesting because it somehow manages to move the drama forward, which is satisfying, and also withhold the obvious resolution, which is frustrating. But that's what keeps us coming back, I guess! That and Masa pouring water over himself. Also, I'd never have guessed at the start of the season that I'd end up feeling sorry for Otaguro, of all people! But here I am. Ha Ha!
