This episode was SO COOL -- we get to "revisit" the last episode through a new lens with new characters Nona and...well...she doesn't have a name yet, but I'm already sort of - probably - kind of shipping her with Decim, our "tin man" who is professional, but lacks...a heart?
Nona is FIERCE and the world building is SO intriguing so far! I am officially HOOKED and cannot wait to see what's going to happen next!

Yes, I'm trying to be a little conservative with looking up names for fear I'll run across a spoiler, but these so far have been SO neat! And yes, I am already living for the Decim/Black-haired girl ship and their potential and there IS this innocent cuteness to Decim, I agree! UGH, I love the ED and will be curious to see whose perspective it's from as we go through the series -- and OOHHHH Clavis is voiced from the same VA as Rei and Ikuya! INTERESTING! I love that we backtracked to see the whole situation from a different perspective. Yeah, black haired girl and Decim already have potential to be a good ship. Decim has this innocent cuteness to him. He seems so precious towards the end of the episode. I love the ending so much. The lyrics are so good and I'm wondering if the song is from Decims point of view. Or someone elses? Not sure. Clavis is voiced by Uchiyama Kouki, who you already know from lots of roles, like Rei from buddy daddies, Ikuya from Free or Shindou from Run with the wind etc. Wish you a wonderful day!

2023-04-16 08:04:27 +0000 UTCI'm glad the show clarified that whole Heaven/Hell/Void/Reincarnation thing early on and didn't just let us guessing. Also, It's funny/sad that Decim has a hobby but knows his hobby is creepy enough that he can use it to scare people.
