The pieces on the chess board are all moving once again after the disastrous climax of last episode's battle, and things are already back to be anxiety-inducing, thanks to our cinnamon bun, Noe!

But also because an abandoned cottage in the middle of a snowy forest is one of my favourite things. And btw, but every time I hear/read Jean-Jacques all I can think of is JJ from yuri on ice.

At first I thought it was an animation error but it is still missing for the rest of the episode. Why? I thought maybe it was because it is "cold" out so he removed them but Dante and Johann both have their earrings in. Jean-Jacques Chastel's VA is Daiki Hamano, who voiced "Samurai Sword" in Chainsaw Man, multiple characters in Mob Psycho, Yuu Kashima in Yarichin☆Bitch-bu, and Mu-ah in Akatsuki no Yona.,
