Kuroko's Basketball: Manga Volumes 25-26 Reaction & Review!

**PAINFUL HEADPHONE WARNINGS**

I had NO idea I would spend this much time with these volumes, but the Teiko flashback in full force did NOT disappoint! Oh my GOD -- these chapters! Fujimaki packs SO. MUCH. HEARTBREAK. into these pages!

It's definitely been eye-opening with some sequences of this manga, getting more with some characters, defining frustrations, and just wishing these boys had had the love they needed in friggin' MIDDLE SCHOOL. Thank goodness Kagami and Seiren are there for Kuroko now, because by the end of this volume set...he may need it!

Thank you for watching with me and for all the support!

Kuroko's Basketball: Manga Volumes 25-26 Reaction & Review!

Comments

The art style is just *CHEF’S KISS* right? I love it so much, but yes THE WORRRRRSTTTTT – that’s the sacrifice we get for the good art - PURE PAIN. I agree, it would be cool to see more “coaching” in the series (Slam Dunk gives quite a lot). I agree, though, that Shirogane and Sanada hold a lot of problems here with Teiko. Sanada should have made Aomine come to practice and had a follow up after his talk at the bridge with him! I wanted to SHAKE HIM TOO! I hate that Nijimura technically leaves as things are falling apart and doesn’t ever (to our knowledge) know the full extent of what went down. Lots of “what ifs” with him. The Aomine pain in this volume set and how the art symbolically showed it was PALPABLE. A very accurate representation of depression, indeed. Fujimaki did NOT HOLD BACK on making the AoKuro pain so tragic and heartbreaking! I want to see Kuroko’s family and the others’ as well! Kagami and Kuroko meeting!! AHHHHH…. I agree, the initial conversation with Akashi and Kuroko NEEDED to be in the anime! It would have been so welcome for his character at that point! Yeah, and the parts with the dad being added helped shape things with Akashi here, too! Hahaha, the “awakening” with the eye is VERY creepily drawn, too! I can’t get mad at Akashi for maintaining the “winning is everything” mindset for the reasons you said, but him suddenly changing his tune about the practices…it’s not the “best” character writing for Fujimake, I agree. I felt for Kuroko because he’s been very adamant about his beliefs and folks just kind of ignore him and then gaslight him in this volume set and it makes me want to hug him. The Ogiwara game is the one part of the manga that I can say I don’t want to revisit again after this set. It’s just so heartbreaking. But I agree; at least Midorima did NOT seem to go along with it; he was just passive-aggressive about the whole thing. I agree about the scene afterwards probably being in Kuroko’s head and that Mochida is DEFINITELY an MVP! Can you imagine if he HAD quit? NOPE. NO SIREE. That’s so true about Seiren being the only team to face them all! That’s funny! I love that Kagami brings Kuroko out of his funk! 🙂 The Haikyuu comparison, though! XD Himuro making up with Kagami and Kagami’s relationship with Alex confirmed made my day! That is true that at least the manga gave us a heads up on the wifi zone! 😛 Aomine and his character growth makes me so happy! <3 And Mayuzumi being so unnoticeable that I confuse him for Akashi! 😛I did confuse them a bit this volume set, haha! The ships are fueled going into this final arc, aren’t they?! And Furihata getting to shine already! 🙂 And yesss, that tie to Kuroko getting stronger, but that affecting his misdirection was a nice touch! We’re in the final games now! :) Well….until Last Game! ;) Thanks for the kind words and comment!

Ahhh, thank you for the kind words and comment – and yes, the TRAUMA IS REAL. Also, getting to the end of the series is coming up and it’s insane to me, too! VOLUME 25 is just OMINOUS and PAIN. Period. It is good to see the coach actually TRYING to offer Aomine support – I agree, it’s a little too late, but at least it’s EFFORT, which is more than we can say for some other adults in this series. The visual symbolism of the cracks is insane! I wish they’d included Akashi and Kuroko’s conversation in the anime, too. And yes, including the info that the coach was incapacitated makes more sense. I really can’t say I sympathize with the assistant coach; you know going into that position the pressure of it (as an assistant coach, I can relate hahaha), and there is NO way I would ever do what he did to the COLLEGE students I teach, much less MIDDLE SCHOOL CHILDREN. It makes me so mad seeing his action and inaction these volumes. Murasakibara stress eating makes me so sad and then seeing how much pressure is put on these kids. Seriously, the assistant coach could have stepped up to help become a barrier for them from the outside pressures at least. *sigh* All of the mounting pressure and stresses is so much more well portrayed in the manga! His depression (Aomine’s) is so well defined and tragic! And YES, Murasakibara is SMART and it really shows here with him pushing Akashi to his breaking point!! I think the end of the Rakuzan match and Last Game are what has made me dislike the personality splitting choice, but we’ll see if maybe the manga handles it better for me. The panel where he “introduces himself” to Kuroko is SO creepy and crazy, though! Agree! I feel at this point, the GoM are so broken themselves, they just don’t notice Akashi; I feel Midorima is the only one that “really” notices, but he’s so passive-aggressive in the past, he doesn’t know what to do with it. And seeing Kise depressed too HURT so much! I definitely feel for Kuroko; him telling them to stop and they kept going? Not cool. And it was either “go along and try to make the most of it” or quit and leave the activity he loves? Obviously, a middle school kid is probably going to stay. Again, assistant coach? Where the heck are you to know about these things?! It’s definitely clear no one is happy there. Kagami and Kuroko meeting before Seiren BLEW MY MIND. I think in the anime it was Kise that suggested that as well; only it was on the court and not in the locker room; it taps into his “playful trolling,” but the dark side of it for sure! Ogiwara definitely pushed Akashi’s buttons, but he was spitting truth bombs and it’s interesting to see how this “Commoner” really got under Akashi’s skin. Oh, it’s for SURE the reason he’s so petty towards Ogiwara, but that’s another reason I dislike that entire game all the more. And yes, no one looks sad about leaving Teiko; by that point, they’re just so numb and destroyed. I can’t call Mura a trash king! Hahaha, he’s a brat, but he’s definitely not a trash king! 😛 Kagami is a literal sunshine boy trying to mask himself as a tiger boy! 😛 I just love him! I feel Aomine just willed the Zone into existence haha! He is the Dungeon Master in this lore! 😛 I like that contrast too with Akashi and Kuroko – that conversation has me excited to see how this game goes from here!

I love that comparison of Hanamiya being Mr. Bigglesworth and Imayoshi is Dr. Evil; so perfect for them! 🤣 The art style, especially with the covers, are improving so much with every volume! Romania: One chapter is called 'The Worst' Oh yay, pain 😭 One of my criticisms of the anime was definitely the lack of seeing much coaching going on outside of really Riko and Nakatani. Also I've realised we do get a glimpse of this game against Kamata West, but it's never properly introduced with there being twins on the team, and it's mostly just showing some of the more epic plays of the game set to epic music. Nijimura with his little proud smile of how well his kouhai are doing makes me feel equal parts happy and sad, because of how it all falls apart. Same for him being there for Aomine and encouraging him to join in with the rest in celebrating the win. It's so great seeing the relationship he had with each of them, but also shows the hole he left behind (that the adults of Teiko should have filled). Wow. I did *not* need that symbolism of one of the gears cracking. Just hurting me in my Aomine feels all over again. Also the fact that the cracks are only shown in the panel that's completely dark and the cog being the only other thing in that panel...feels like a very accurate visual representation of depression being under the surface and how mental illnesses aren't visible the way some physical illnesses are. I hold Teiko's administration the most responsible, but also lay some of the blame on Assistant Coach Sanada and Coach Shirogane. Shirogane because he knew they'd just been patching up their invisible gaping wounds with Band-Aids rather than looking deeper into the situation and trying to fix the actual problems. And Sanada for buckling to the pressure from the administration when, as the adult, he should have tried to be a shield to protect these young children. Fujimaki needs to give us some visuals on not just Kuroko and his family, but all the characters whose families we never saw. Like in the anime we got to see the more minor side characters' families like Miyaji, Koganei and Mitobe, but we never got any of the Generation of Miracles' family members (closest was the Akashi flashback during the Rakuzan-Seirin game that we kind of got to see his Mum [though she was faceless], and the lower half of his Dad's face during the Teiko arc). Where was this Akashi and Kuroko conversation in the anime?! 😩 Like that whole conversation to me showed Akashi as not seeing himself as above any of the other players (which in some scenes is the feeling I get with the anime) but rather that he saw potential and reached out a helping hand. Akashi's acknowledgement of Kuroko getting to where he is on his own strengths and perseverance really should have been included in the anime, alongside Kuroko thanking Akashi for giving him the chance to find his own little niche. I'm the same for the Assistant Coach, Sanada, that any time I see him speak in the manga panels I can hear Koyasu's drawl 🤣 The only other characters I'd say the same consistently happens with are Aomine (with Suwabe's voice) and Kise (with Kimura's voice). Certain lines I'll hear the seiyuu saying it in my head, but for Sanada it's nearly all his lines, and for Aomine and Kise it's the majority of their lines. Kise's reaction to Shirogane's collapse makes sense considering he has had the least amount of time with that coach, unlike the others. Yet another moment that wasn't in the anime is the discussion between Akashi and his Dad. In the anime it did happen, but on the Dad's side of things there was nothing shown in the anime to back up Akashi's belief that he *had* to win in order to continue playing basketball. Whereas in the manga here the Dad is reminding Akashi of his 'responsibilities' as the Akashi heir and that he basically needs to be an overachiever. Yup, I was right. Fujimaki made this moment between Aomine and Kuroko even more painful 😭 And I can hear Suwabe's broken voice saying that final line that's like the final nail in their friendship/relationship. Yes definitely not Akashi's fault for the domino effect with Aomine not having to come to practice. There's been no scene of Sanada even approaching Akashi before talking with Aomine, which even though Akashi is a child too he's the captain so I feel like the coach should broach that topic with the captain of the team before individuals within the team. Akashi with the awakening of his eye made me think, even though I'm not religious, "Call a minister or a priest or something! We need an exorcism immediately!" Definitely feels like a strange choice for Akashi to suddenly change his mindset on the coming to practices. I get that he broke in this moment but even with such a break it just seems strange to have Akashi then decide that Sanada's decision on not forcing people to attend practice is the right thing for them to keep on winning. I agree, as a writer, I could think of other methods Fujimaki could have employed to further the plot. That image of Akashi smiling at Kuroko and saying "I'm Akashi Seijuurou" really makes me think, going along with the broken toy analogy, of a ventriloquist puppet. Midorima I feel stays the most consistent throughout the Teiko arc. But I feel like his tsundere personality is the drawback for him being able to see a better solution. For the 'winning is everything' I personally don't blame Akashi for this mindset. It's been drummed into him by his Dad, and then he sees the administration treating him and the rest of the Generation of Miracles differently because they've been consistently winning, and the administration really push the mentality for Sanada to do whatever he can to ensure Teiko keeps winning. A child being constantly around adults drumming that sort of mindset into him is either going to completely rebel or accept it as doctrine. I definitely don't agree with the idea that 'winning is everything' as I honestly feel losses help people learn from their mistakes, just I can understand where Akashi's mindset comes from. Dead eyed Kuroko reminding me of a dang Furbie...but yeah it *hurts* I like that in the manga we do get Kuroko admitting to lying to Momoi about remembering her question on if they'd always be friends. In the anime it left it so open to interpretation and with how dead Kuroko was looking it was entirely possible that he truly didn't remember. Kagami and Kuroko meeting way back then!!! 🤯 I definitely feel for Kuroko hearing them say that's the only way for them to be motivated against such 'garbage' teams. Especially as Kuroko's own playing ability is potentially of the same ability as those teams. Basically slapping their own teammate in the face. "Do they even need me?" Sanada what exactly do you think coaching is about?! It shouldn't just be about helping them to play games. The Teiko adults seriously make me want to shake them they frustrate me so much. I just realised with this moment in the manga that Ogiwara's mentality on basketball being fun is the exact same as Kiyoshi's that we learned about before Seirin played against Kirisaki Dai Ichi (and the blonde Hyuuga mini arc). The only one I don't feel anger towards for that match against Ogiwara's team is Midorima. Kise thought it up, Aomine was a d*ck to their faces, Murasakibara did the dunk to line up the score, and Akashi gave the go ahead (potentially because, like during the Seirin-Yosen match when Kiyoshi asked Murasakibara if he found basketball fun, Ogiwara got up inside his head). Nope nope nope. Ogiwara and Kuroko hurting 😭😭😭 With the way the background is so empty I definitely feel like that moment of Kuroko with the team is all inside his head. And it fits more with the narrative of when Kise first sees him again in High School questioning why Kuroko disappeared after the championship game. Mochida's kinda the silent MVP. If he hadn't said he hoped Kuroko wouldn't quit basketball and pass on Ogiwara's hope (and sweatband) then Kuroko might have actually quit and never made an attempt to bring them all to their senses. Funnily enough with their declaration of war Seirin is the only one to play against every single one of them. Aomine/Touou and Kise/Kaijou played against each other in the Inter-High quarter-finals. Neither Murasakibara nor Akashi played in the Inter-High semi-finals Yosen-Rakuzan match. Aomine didn't play in the Inter-High semi-finals nor the final against Rakuzan because of the injury he got playing against Kise. Midorima/Shuutoku played against Akashi/Rakuzan in the Winter Cup semi-finals, and then against Kaijou for the third place match in the Winter Cup (but Kise was out due to injury). Starting the volume with one of my OT3s 🤣 Poor Kiyoshi and Hyuuga though, getting in trouble when they courteously brought Riko home. As much as the Teiko arc hurts, Kagami's reaction never fails to make me laugh. He's honestly not wrong though for calling Kuroko out on not beating it into their heads like he did to Kagami when he started to drift down that path. Also the "He's not dead yet" made me think of Haikyuu!! with Atsumu thinking fondly of Aran and making it seem like he's dead and not just graduated and moving on from High School 🤣 At least in the manga with them hinting about Akashi having a second ability, the WiFi Zone doesn't come out of the blue as much as it does in the anime. I'd call it bigger hacks with how the anime portrayed it. Soft emotional Kagami when he's making up with Himuro is so great 🥺 Canon confirmation on Kagami and Alex's relationship!!! 🥳 Not just Aomine not having to be dragged to a game, but also wanting to go with his *team* (including the third-year members who have technically left the club already). All the character growth 🥰 The reactions of all the teams they've beat to their introductions never fails to make me laugh. Though honestly I do feel the humour does take make me feel a little less tense for the start of this game in comparison to others, or at least not tense enough for the final match. I did giggle at you mistaking Mayuzumi for Akashi 😂 The question on the boys peeping, I did notice in the anime that Izuki and Tsuchida didn't peep either but got taken out too! Poor boys. And Izuki even tried to curtail the others, whilst Kiyoshi was his airhead self with believing the others' abilities could be used in different ways to peep 😂 Kagami thinking about Kuroko helps him enter the Zone...just more fuel for our KagaKuro ship right? I do have to saw the panel of Kagami and Akashi having the face-off makes me imagine Akashi's standing on a little box to give Kagami less of a height advantage on him considering Kagami has seven inches on him 🤣 The sheer number of Mitobe's family makes me imagine his family just taking up an entire row of seats in the gallery. It was Mayuzumi Akashi passed to. His jersey number is 5. I truly love that Furihata is the one to pick up on Kuroko being so much more visible. Links nicely with how observant and cautious he is as a Point Guard. That final shot of Kuroko is such a juxtaposition from the cover image. His arms look much skinner/weaker and his expression is forlorn rather than anticipatory. Adds to the weight of the realisation that Kuroko trying to get stronger has affected his original Misdirection ability.

Great reaction and commentary!! Ohh, boy trauma is there and heartbreak is real and true 😭 And can't believe we are already month away from being done with KNB!!! THE VOLUME 25 NAME BEING WHAT IS VICTORY AAA!!! What a very ominous start! Love that thats the name of the whole volume, not just one chapter. It fits so well with the very depressing mood of that whole volume. Huh! The continued with the twins game! For some reason I though that they were gonna skip the rest if it XD But I like thats its there!! And 😭 the way Aomine is acting now... Its not the arrogant, self-assured Aomine from the end of Teiko yet. Right now his attitude reminds me more of resignation and tiredness than smug superiority that Aomine later attained. I like seeing that the coach is more involved in the games here and offers strategies! But also, loved that since Aomine had his breakdown, Shirogane has been paying attention to it and thinking about how to help him. Its still a little too late for him to take action, but the effort is there and its better late than never. But then became sick and nothing came out of it... The visual cracked glass over the GoM's... Truly fitting for what they went through... Mmmm, loved that interaction between Kuroko and Akashi!! I wish they included it in anime, its such a good piece of dialogue and character interaction! I love how Akashi acknowledges that it was Kuroko himself who did all the hard work and it wasn't thanks to him that he became so good, that it was all Kuroko's merit on his own that did that. And Kuroko being the humble self with very low self esteem even back then... Him having so little faith in himself, saying that he would never have figured it out himself... I want to give Kuroko a hug even at this part of the manga... And the angst haven't even truly started yet!! Also, loved the decision to tell the team captain and the manager about coach collapsing first! And Akashi immediately telling his vice captain too. Ohhh, I like knowing why Shirogane was less involved with the practice like that!! Love that they explained that he didn't fall sick just now, he was sick for a longer while but it got worse just now! His actions make a lot more sense that way, I think. AND it might explain why he didn't do anything earlier for the GoM's! Hmmm, this made me kinda like him more! To know that it wasn't just him ignoring his duties as a coach, but him being ill and having to deal with that. And we got the answer of why he wasn't there to give the assistant coach instructions! He had to leave to a better hospital. So thats a thing in his favor too! Assistant coach on the other hand... He DEFINITELY could have done so much more for GoM but he folded like a piece of paper once there wa s a pressure put on him. Aomine being so empty and tired and his expression is so heartbreaking 😭 The depression truly started kicking in... And we got to see even more pressure being put on GoM's, now that the barrier between them and all those reporters and noisy people that was Shirogane is gone. And Murasakibara being worried and stress eating because of it... Those poor boys... Ohh, its nice to know that it wasn't just one incident of a person not keeping up with him that made Aomine completely stop going to training! It was a building frustration that finally did it. Its nice to see that even in that mental state, Aomine still tried to do something... And then what makes him storm out is a person telling him that there is NOBODY who could stop him, what was what Aomine has been feeling and fearing this whole time... I love how much context we are getting in the manga and how much more clear is it made that it wasn't just few big incidents that made everything break, it was all of those little things pilling up and up and up and then the big things happening were the catalysts of it all getting out of control. Its much more realistic this way, I think! Aomine straight up saing that he wished he could be like Kuroko gives so much context to Kuroko's reply that he was sometimes jealous of Aomine too. I would have loved if they left that in. Also, Aomine just straight up saying that he doesn't have a goal in life... That depression be very clear in front center now, huh? And Aomine's expressions being so much more raw and heartbreaking than in anime... AAAAAAAAAAA THIS MANGA IS SOO GOOD I LOVE IT SO MUCH Murasakibara really knew how to push all of Akashi's waek points. Fear of disappointing people, fear of getting left behind, fear of failing, fear of not being enough. Murasakibara his all of Akashi's insecurities at once and that, doubled with all the pressure from everyone around him (and his asshole dad) and the possibility of failing for the first time made him snap. And in comes the demon time with appropriately depicted demon eyes XD I actually really liked the split personality thing! I think it added much to Akashi's character and I liked how mangaka did it for the most part. There were some parts I wish they didn't include and I very much disliked the portrayal of it in the Last Game, but in the series itself it made sense to me. Especially since all the factors that could have lead to the personality split were there. If the situation Akashi was in or a similar one, happened in real life it very well could have led to developing DID. Also, the emperor personality of Akashi's has this very "monster the adults created" energy and I love it. Because when you look at it, Akashi's second personality embodies every single idea he's been taught his whole life to adhere to. No emotions at all, just cold hard logic. Everything for the victory. He took everything the adults taught him and took it to the extreme. I always loved that in this portrayal of just how much of an influence the adults have in the crucial years of child's development. jwjdbcvf I am pretty sure that the "I will kill anyone who opposes me and their parents too" is a mistranslation. What he said was "I will kill anyone who opposes me, even my own parents" Slightly better XD And damn, that panel of Akashi saying "I'm Akashi Seiyuro, of course" was soo much better here in the manga. In anime, I feel he just looked crazy and not all there. But here in the manga, Akashi looks like he just had a mental breakdown and is 5 second away from breaking out in maniacal laughter and then curling up into a ball to cry himself to unconsciousness. .... Am I the only one that is so sad that nobody not the GoM's noticed how much Akashi changed and how badly he was doing mentally? Like, he is a completely different person now and nobody took a second to notice how broken this boy has become. My hear breaks for him for that. Nobody was there to help him when he needed it the most... I AM STILL SO MAD AT THE ASSISTANT COACH. HE COULD HAVE STILL SAVED THEM!!! HE COULD HAVE STILL HELPED THEM!!! Akashi has zero actual power there. If the coach had said no to his plan, there was nothing Akashi could have done. But nooo, he folded under the pressure again and this time, TO AN ACTUAL TEENAGER!!! SIR, YOU ARE AN ADULT!!! ACT LIKE IT!!! Also. Kise with what seems to be depression to???? I mean, I knew that he was very indifferent and bored before he joined the basketball club, but here, he outright sounds like he also has problems with depression, just like Aomine. Huh. I didn't get that vibe from anime at all. Guess Kise and Aomine are even more similar than I thought! And its nice to see more of Kise's character here! The comment about Kuroko being a part of it might have been me XD What I meant was that by staying in the team and playing with Teiko even when they acted as they did, he took a part in the wronging of other teams. He couldn't do anything about it, true, but by not quitting, he became part of the problem. Even if its true that Akashi and the rest of the GoM's acted horrible and Kuroko didn't want them to act that way, it doesn't change the fact that by staying in the team, he was enabling them to act that way. In my opinion, there was nothing Kuroko could have done to change the way others acted and how the team was managed. But he could control what HE decided to do about it. Continue to go along with what was clearly terrible way of acting or quit and stop condoning their actions. I guess I just see is as very similar to bulling. If my friend group suddenly started bulling people and one friend told me to accept it or stop being with them, it wouldn't matter if I had a different opinion from them if I stayed with them. I would be just as guilty of bulling as the rest of them if I gone along with them, no matter if I protested against it. In the end, people would end up bullied by me, no matter the excuse. In this case actions matter more than opinions. But thats just my take on it. I hate how they all get progressively more worn out and more empty eyed as the time progresses. Its just, they are all suffering and nobody did anything about it. Nobody was happy in that team and it shows. ?!!!!???? KAGAMI AND KUROKO MET BEFORE SEIRIN????? EXCUSE ME???? WHAT??? WHY WASN'T THIS IN ANIME???? WHAT???? Also, the sneaky confirmation that Kagami really was booted out or quit basketball club in the middle school. Nice! Huh. So it was Kise who suggested the bet of who gets the most points. He really does have that sneaky, thoughtless cruelty in him. The expression on the GoM's faces as they entered the stadium... They all look so crushed... Kise looking down... Akashi looking emotionally dead inside... Aomine just looking pained.... How could anybody look at them and not notice the clear suffering in their expressions???? Well. It looks like its not better if they go all out... 198 to 8... Yeahhh, I don't know. Their strength is so out of middle school league I don't think anyone in that sphere could have helped them. One thing that I think could have helped them would be going against collage teams. I think it would do them some good to go against someone stronger than them. And with Teiko influence, I sure they could have arranged it. But noooo, every single adult in this series lasts a brain to thing about solutions to the GoM's problems. Omg, they took out all of GoM's out of the play... That is such a ruthless move for the opponents morale... Its just cruel... And the fact they can win even with only that... Also, nice to have the confirmation that Kuroko didn't purposely got in front of that foul, it was the other team's player's frustration! It was left so unclear in anime. The consequence of GoM's mocking the other team so much was Kuroko's injury... Actions have consequences!! Too bad nobody seemed to be keen to teach that GoM's that fact... Ohhh, we finally see the conversation between Ogiwara and Akashi!! I didn't think it would be included in manga!! And hmmm, Ogiwara really made Akashi mad with their talk. I wounder if its because Akashi used to believe in the same things but doesn't anymore and he hates it, so anytime someone brings it up, its a HUGE sore spot. Thats the only reason I can think of for him to be so petty towards Ogiwara. I hate what they did to Ogiwara. That thoughtless cruelty striking again. Nobody ever did anything to stop them from being cruel to others and no action of their brought them any consequence and they slipped farther and farther away into being cruel and not caring about how their actions affect others... ... They all look so empty and numb as they split up. Its as if Teiko had truly sucked up all life and joy from them... Hmmm, I really like that even though Akashi doesn't believe Kuroko will succeed in his goal, he still respects his decisions and counts him as one of GoM's. He treated Kuroko in a horrible way at the end of Teiko but that glimmer of friendship still remained in him, even in his very damaged, twisted way of thinking. nedjkwfn Love how you said "Those trash kings! (And Murasakibara)" It made me laugh out loud XD Kagami is such a sweetheart. That his trigger for entering the zone is fighting for his friends says so much about him as a person. He is always thinking of others and I love that so much about him!! Aomine being the one editing the wiki about the zone will never not be funny XD How he knows so much about it??? Who knows!! Maybe he saw it in the dream XD Its so interesting that emperor Akashi seems to be contradicting his other half in what he says now about Kuroko. Original Akashi saw Kuroko's merits as his own; a result of his own hard work and determination. Emperor Akashi on the other hand, claims that he ha mayor hand in Kuroko's evolution as a player and on his style. I find that sooo interesting, how different the opinions they hold of their own (imagined or not) importance vary.
