BERKSERK: Episode 10 FULL LENGTH Reaction!

**STABBING HEADPHONE WARNINGS**

So...Guts is very dependable...but maybe not the most "stealthy" assassin! This episode was a MASSACRE! New characters, dead characters, and both Charlotte and Griffith getting chummier, and MAYBE - just maybe - we have some development with Guts and Casca!

But Guts is in for a semi-existential crisis, as he overhears Griffith say some words that may call their entire relationship into question...or not! Things are definitely getting dicier the higher up the ladder Griffith climbs...

Comments

Thanks for the comment! I don't want to read too into "interpretations" of characters because I want to make judgments of them as I go through the series, but thanks for the comment and preview!

My favorite berserk track is the first two minutes of "Earth". I know you are joking about Guts sword. But the sword is comforting to Guts, and it makes him feel safe. It started from his childhood when he started sleeping with his sword at night. Guts also said "When I swing this sword, I don't have to think about anything". And now as an 18 year old "adult", he still uses his sword to comfort himself while he thinks about what Griffith said about friends and dreams. I really liked those lines too. "Midland has a guardian angel.... speak of the devil!" But I especially liked the Foss and Griffith exchange. "it was the work of a demon" "no, it was the work of a man". So much trickery, cheekyness, and deepness in that exchange. Its not just demons and gods now. Its humans, demons, angels, or gods, all depending on your perspective. A mere Almond

So, because musicals keep getting brought up, (Sweeney Todd) the design for Griffith’s helmet is taken from a musical. Check out Brian De Palma’s Phantom of the Paradise. Plus the songs are pretty good too! My favorite song is “The Hell of it” by PaulWilliams. 😉
