Ooohhh, I definitely want to do the Deluxe Editions! And that there are 3-in-one should work great! We’ll see if I can get through one volume for a reaction or split it up, but in any case, I’m excited! Thank you for that information! That’s so cool about the inspiration as well! 2023-10-15 21:34:28 +0000 UTCThese episodes do go by very fast! It’s a binge worthy series! (Manga included!) Berserk does have some sexy armor designs . Miura did use real armor for inspiration in addition to his vivid imagination! That White Tiger armor is very unique, and Boscogn’s rhino armor is down right bad ass! Mmmm Sir Laban (the metrosexual) and Sir Owen, even other men swoon after Griffith! They do be fan girl’n! On a personal note, I think Sir Laban is a handsome man! The Deluxe Editions are the way to go! Trust me, it’s well worth the investment. It’s a large format which is printed pretty much the size it is originally published in the magazine Young Animal. The quality of the paper, the spine and the hard cover are beautiful. It does include everything that the tankoban (English editions) have as well. Plus, they are fantastic looking on a bookshelf! 3 volumes per Deluxe Volume, currently 13 volumes are printed with vol 14 to come out maybe at the end of the yr in November. There must be something to that Corbolwitz family for Boscogn to give Adon a million opportunities to mess up! I guess Adon wasn’t blowing smoke up all our asses to get free passes all the time! 🤷♀️ I don’t know. I’m just thinking out loud! 😅 Looking forward to the conclusion of the Battle for Doldrey! Btw the castle is based on a real castle in Spain. Coca Castle located in Segovia. While not an exact depiction, Doldrey’s design is influenced by it.
