I had SO many theories of what would go down with this episode, and BOY, was I WRONG! But pleasantly so! Griffith is definitely not "sloppy" in how he takes care of business!
But now that "business" is done...Guts feels it's time to leave and go find his own dream. The question is: Are his comrades going to let him do that?

These last few episodes have been so beautiful, as well + excellent discussions! =) I always love the 'non!poison which allows one to fake death JUST long enough for the plan to work out perfectly' gambit, it's so very Victorian.

2023-11-05 22:07:56 +0000 UTCWhen Charlotte gave Griffith that lovers necklace, she mentioned that it was given to her by her dead mother. So the queen that Griffith killed was her stepmom. It explains why they were so stoic during the funeral. Nice catch with the buried and the snow. I was going to mention that. There is a lot of stuff buried beneath the snow that could become uncovered because of Guts deciding to leave. That is a poetic way to describe what your entire whiteboard discussion was about.
