Harem or not harem?

Harem for Bell sure, but for Lucius? His whole schtick the entire novel has been to be with Riveria it makes 0 sense for him to suddenly open up to harem and Riveria due to her nature wouldn't accept it either. Lucius wouldn't give up Riveria for anyone.
