Ohhhh, this series is making me love Shen Qian Qiu MORE AND MORE! He's such a diva, thinks he's super smart, and despite having a secret soft heart....he's SO OBLIVIOUS in so many ways!
We get new characters, time skips, unintentional flirting, and battles in a short span of time and these episodes...they're just not long enough! I love them so much, though!

Thank you for the kind words and comment! Sorry this took so long to get back to but I’ve been traveling! I feel for Liu — since his character didn’t die, he’s been through the wringer! And yessss, the production value going to the characters’ faces all work really well! I LOVE the way Shen, Liu, and Luo look! Hahahahaha, I love the concept of the system saying, “hold my warning.” That’s hilarious — and the Saintress does have a cool design! At least compared to the rest of the demon army!

I read the lines as both of them being passive-agressive (we both know we're enemies but also we both don't want to be the openly hostile side) 😄

It's such an experience for LQG: nearly died in the cave, got knocked out by the 'mean girl' in class, and upon waking, said person still has the audacity to approach and say things like 'ykw, let's be friends from now on!' while flashing that round butt at you...... SQQ: this would be a 10s montage in anime shows! Me checking my watch: yep, about the same. Kudo to the production team to keep the budget to the most important stuff: the protagonist's face. LBH may still be a teenager but he did grow a bit and his face more mature while still holding the same innocent youthful features. Also among all the disciples, his clothing is the only one with trimming, embroidery and patterns. New female character unlocked! The demon saintess's appearance is not really as pretty as how I imagined while reading the book, but compared to all the background human being and demons, that's mroe than enough I'd say. SQQ: I've found a way to easily gain some points! I'm so smart! System: Hold my warning.
