Note: I am not asking for donations, especially since this Patreon is not intended for that; I am doing this with my own money.

I am, I was born in Santa Catarina, but I am out of the country today. About the donations... I am doing this through a friend of mine whom I trust; there are some trustworthy crowdfunding efforts. I wouldn't donate to the state... because it's tough. I'll look into some more tomorrow.
